Royal Mail UK Second class
Orders under £10.00 will carry a standard delivery cost of £1.20.
Orders over £10.00 will carry a standard delivery cost of £2.00.
Free delivery for orders of £20.00 and above.
Orders over £100.00 will be sent by courier and will require a signature.
Royal Mail Next Day (order by 1pm, delivery next working day Monday – Friday): £7.00
Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm Royal Mail Special Delivery (order by Friday 1pm): £11.50
Europe and USA
Shipping costs will be calculated whilst entering your billing details. Prices start at £3.50 for Europe and £4.50 for the USA.
Rest of the World
For any order delivered to the rest of the world, shipping cost will be calculated whilst entering the billing information, starting from £5.50.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched the same day Monday – Friday when received before 1pm, next working day when received after 1pm and weekends. This does not include holidays.
We send most orders using Royal Mail which takes approximately two to four working days from dispatch for orders within the U.K. Orders outside the U.K. will take longer. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is ready to send.
Returns
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items or ask for a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if unwanted items are returned within 14 days from receipt of your order, and if the items are unopened and in perfect condition.
To return any products to us, please email us first at hello@saffronbubbles.com. Please state RETURN in the subject heading and detail the goods you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.
We are not responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore we strongly recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery. Buyers are also responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.
You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, and receive payment on the same card as the order was placed. The refund should reach you within five working days (U.K.) or ten working days (outside U.K.).
