Refund and returns policy


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items or ask for a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if unwanted items are returned within 14 days from receipt of your order, and if the items are unopened and in perfect condition.

How to return goods

To return any products to us, please email us first at Please state RETURN in the subject heading and detail the goods you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.

We are not responsible for items lost in the post when being returned and strongly recommend that all are sent via recorded delivery. Buyers are also responsible for any costs occurring when returning goods.

You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, and receive payment on the same card as the order was placed. The refund should reach you within five working days (U.K.) or ten working days (outside U.K.).
